إذا تم استلام المنتج و وجدت إنه لا يطابق للوصف الذي قرأته عنه على موقعنا ،أو إذا تم إثبات إن المنتج غير أصلي ،أو أنه تعرض للتلف بسبب الشحن ،أو أصابه أي شئ يمنع استخدامه مثل أنه تعرض للغمر في الماء قبل وصوله لك ،أو إنه كان منتهي الصلاحية وأنت لم تكن على علم بذلك قبل إتمام الطلب

إذا واجهت أيا من تلك الحالات يمكنك تقديم طلب استبدال أو استرجاع في خلال 14 يوم من تاريخ استلام الطلب
و يمكنك استرداد النقود في خلال 14 يوما من أيام العمل الرسمية

يتم الاسترجاع إذا كان المنتج بنفس حالته التي تم استلامه بها فقط ، ولا  ينظر لأي منتج أصابه أي تلف من العميل

If you receive a product that does not match the description written about it or its not original , or it is damaged because of shipping , or has anything that prevents its use, such as the product submerged in water.. Even if it expired and you didn’t know it before you confirm your order

If you face any case of the previously mentioned.. You can request an exchange or refund your money in 14 days since you receive the order
And you will get your money back in 14 working days

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {Support@swnution.com}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
